After 30 years on the police force, many of them spent in Brixton, Janet Hills MBE sits down with the PT Show to express her opinion on her early years, family and her inspirational journey into the Metropolitan Police Service,
Janet Hills MBE is a role model for other women, Black, Asian and minority ethnic police officers. She was the first woman to lead the National Black Police Association (BPA) and also the first woman chair the Metropolitan Police Service Black Police Association (MPSBPA).
She was awarded the MBE in the 2020 New Years Honours 2021.
